LXG...Mark, albert and myself took a huge risk yesterday and went to check out the new flick "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen". We made the decision to go under duress---we had just (along with micheal) finished an hour and a half of grueling tennis...I figured it couldn't be that bad, especially with sean connery, and that guy who looks like jonny depp both starring in the movie. I liked some of the characters (Dorian Gray esp...), but Tom Sawyer, Captain Ahab, Mr. Hyde (similar to the hulk, but slightly better computer animation) and the invisible man (skinner, i believe) were all very irritating. It reminded me of mystery men (which i really enjoyed) only without the humor/comic relief. It was a real downer, and left me with the same empty feeling felt after "Lara Craft:Tomb raider" (i'm not getting suckered into seeing the sequel) and "The Mummy Returns"...
