Catch-up The past couple of days have flowed very smoothly and i have had a good transition from the fall semester (ended wednesday) into the mini session... I like the mini session - one class, 4 hours a day over a 10 day stretch. We have a full-week break for christmas after day 6. Furthermore i'm getting lots of extra ki-zash for easy work...Last night's Supervision Dept. Chrismas party was fantastic. My boss, Joe, and his wife Yvonne had a great meal planned (Chalupas and tamales....mmmmh) and fun was had by all. Tonight is graduation and it should be fun as well... The Beta Alpha Psi induction on wednesday was great, although it was sad to see raul step aside as president. Jen will do an ok job, but raul was a powerful speaker, and an effective leader. Jen seems kind of dry and passionless. We went to cheddar's afterwards and had a very good meal. I got a jalapeno cheeseburger. Dr. Lynch was kind enough to pay the tab... He also reminded me once again of the importance of getting my PhD---"You need to go get your PhD." Everyone keeps telling me that...

i'm planning on making my page have more of a holiday flavor...Christmas, chanukah, and kwanzaa...


 
Secret Crushes Revealed...Evidently i had a magic/irrestistable attractive force surrounding me today because i was getting hit on by women everywhere. Sharon told me she had a wonderful girl that was longing to hook up with me. She's nice, teaches Sunday school, is 23 , and has a beautiful 2-year old child. Unfortunately, she lives 70 miles away, thus i must resist. The idea of a long-distance relationship is just too much for me right now..(<;...One of my students, Brandi, informed me that she had just called off her engagement, and was now available again. She then told me if i were only two years younger i would be the perfect guy for her. The way she was looking at me and touching me revealed that age probably wasn't such a big issue. Then another student, janine, revealed her secret infatuation. She wants to get together for lunch. If she pays, i might take her up on it---free lunch...Plus, i had some random chick bake me a pecan pie. It was great, but I didn't even know her name...I need to somehow keep this up...
