Sometimes things just go your way... After my hellish afternoon and evening yesterday, I never expected today to turn out as well as it has... Last night's class was horrible. They want everything given to them without having to work for it. Kids these days. Revenge is mine, however, and after their test on monday they will feel pain---and misery too.... Thus, i returned home in poor spirits, and stewed over it the whole night. I tried to study for my stats test today, but didn't feel really prepared this morning...Then the unbelievable happened - Stats test CANCELLED!!! I thought cool, but it would get better. I got my MISY exam back ---98 !!! What was even cooler is that it was the only "A" in the class. I knew i was smart, but damn. Furthermore, i finally rounded up enough stamps to earn a free footlong subway sub** !!! Everything else went smoothly, and with Smallville (I like that chick who plays Lona...She's a great actress...) coming back tonight---wow...

Hurricane...doubt it... All of the locals are so freaked out over this freaking hurricane out in the gulf. I keep telling them that there is absolutely nothing to fear, and that the news people are hyping this up because nothing more interesting is going down in the region. The trend shows a steady westward movement without even a hint of a turn northward, plus we haven't had a huge hurricane hit our area in over 100 years. Never bet against the trend. I also had a vision of the storm falling apart, and causing just enough rain to provide relief to the drought stricken state of Tabasco. My visions, especially the happy ones are right quite a bit of the time. Furthermore, i consulted the magic 8-ball and asked it if the storm would die off over mexico, and it replied "it is certain". Thus, i will not be evacuating, taping up windows, or buying canned goods and bottled water. It would prove to be a waste of time, no matter what the doomsday weather forecasters say.
